We offer delivery on pallets by Speedpack, DPD, DHL, UPC,
The cost of the shipment is given together with the amount of insurance - shipments are each time insured up to the value of the order.
The shipping cost is included in the final price of the product. If the carton is damaged (visible dents, scratches, holes), open the carton and then check if the fireplace is not damaged. Courier, supplier must make a report.
Merchandise must be returned in salable, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
Refund will be made once item is received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

Shipping costs incurred in returning the product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs and the risk of product loss or damage in transit, both to and from Flame Electric Fireplaces.
